Return and Refund Policy
At WendSpa, we want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns of eligible items under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items/NON-refundable Services
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged items. Items returned in a condition different from how they were originally received will not qualify for a refund.
Spa Services are non-refundable.

Customers may request a return through our return portal when available, or by contacting our customer service team at Wendspa07@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Wendspa07@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work to make it right.
