At WendSpa, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as carefully and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has scanned the package into their system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. WendSpa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at Wendspa07@gmail.com. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Shipping Delays
WendSpa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs, or other events outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, WendSpa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local delivery office.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Wendspa07@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the package and product so we can review the matter.
